Newb first time post. Sorry for vague description of my issue, but i’ve noticed that when dialing an outside number, the display shows ‘To: CID (ext#) (phone number)’. i dont recall ever seeing that before and would like it to just show the number i’m dialing without the other garbage prefixing it. anyone know what could be causing this? is it because i do not have an outbound cid entered under my extension programming.
