Strange issue

We have another SIP trunk by Nextiva. When the call comes in from Nextiva trunk, it hits the IVR. If the caller press the IVR option 1 or 2, the call should ring a ring group. When one of the ring group member picks up the call, the call drops immediately. However, if the caller dials the extension number directly, the call connects fine, no drop call. No idea what cause the call to be dropped with the ring group. Here is the log.
