I did upgrades yesterday to a server using the upgrade scripts, ( currently upgraded to 1.814.210.58-2) have done this many times without issue, but today may be different. When a user calls 1 extension, it’s ringing at a different extension, there is no forward or follow me configured and the physical phone also doesn’t have forward programmed on it.
One other thing I did was export the extensions, and uploaded them back with an edit option. I was confirming that all had the same allowed codecs as ulaw&g729 (some only had g729 ).
I did a physical inspection on 10 extensions and the configurations all looked fine.
Another test I called an extension, the person was watching the phone, we were trying to see what happened if no one answered and it went to the automated attendant, so things are not behaving as they should.
I noticed the below in the logs, not sure if this helps…
