Straight to voicemail

For some unknown reason all my calls are now going straight to voice mail. I can’t figure out why and how to fix it.

If I set the Voicemail (no-msg) I get a beep

If I set it to a different extension I get that extensions voice mail greeting. So it seems like the path is working, just not ringing the phones.

Anyone know what might be going on and how to resolve it?

Here is the logs from an inbound call

It would seem like the PHONE at extention 501 is set to DND.

this should not be confused with DND feature of FreePBX.

Check your phone.

Or report on make and model, to see if someone can guide you through the steps.

Not sure what DND is but…

Both my extensions are doing this.
501 is a Linksys WRTP54G with analog phone plugged in and 505 is a polycom IP phone

DND = Do Not Disturb

Can you dial form one phone to the other?

The phone the linksys doesn’t get a dial tone and the polycom phone can’t dial anyone inside or out

OK, by the sound of it the phones are not registering with the server. it may be that there is a configuration mismatch between the server and the phones or there’s a transport issue such as firewall or nat port forwarding.

To receive further assistance, it would help if you post here all relevant setup information; physical, software and configuration.
