Static on lines, Local TeleCo says it's the PBX - swap DHADI / FXO card?

FreePBX 14, recently had reports of static on external calls. Internal calls are clear.

Local TeleCo inspected lines, all clear. This is using a 4 port FXO, DHADI card from Sangoma.

When I swap the card (using a Sangoma Appliance 60) will I have to reconfigure the PBX?

Not if it is the same hardware.
