Extension A calls extension B.
B answers the call and presses the FLASH key in order to make a transfer to Extension C.
As soon as the FLASH key is pressed, the “core show hints” command shows extension B in “idle” state. At this moment, from a Linksys SPA 932 attendant console (attached to an SPA 962) the receptionists see extension B “idle” and try to transfer a call to it, which cannot be carried out.
I’ve tested everything I found in forums (limitonpeers=yes, notifyonringing=yes, etc) but couldn´t get the console to show the actual state of the extensions.
Can anybody help me with this?
