SSL (https://) getting error on UCP login

I am trying to work with the Certicate on my FreePBX
I am able to get to the Admin portal , but when I try to access the UCP it gives an ajax 403 error in the console. I tried rebooting, deleting the Lets Enc. cert and self signed cert and creating a new Lets Enc. cert only.
I am able to use https:// and log in with no issues.
http:// does allow logging in

Can someone tell me what I screwed up?

This may be totally unrelated, but I recently upgraded to FreePBX 15 and the UCP would not work.

The fix was to Disable the Oracle Connector Module Uninstall the Sangoma Property Management Module.
