SSL cert install update failure

Hi,

I am trying to update an existing SSL certificate or install a new one. However, I am getting time-out errors. I also have this error Apache Error parsing /etc/httpd/pki/webserver.crt in the HTTPS admin.

I have enabled port 8080 for admin and 80 for Lets Encrypt. Changed the Firewall Service of LE to Internet and local. However, the problem persists. I have also followed/applied the post below to no avail.
