SSH error when logging in

When trying to SSH into my system, I get a denied on the password. The same user and login work fine in the GUI with full admin rights. the original admin account that was setup prior to the admin rights being integrated into User Management is not working either.

Ideas?

the GUI credentials are NOT the same as the SSH credentials.

The primary account that was setup during deployment is not allowing access either. I have verified login and passwords.

I’d recommend opening a private ticket at this point.
