SRTP unprotect failed with asterisk 16

Hi,
I’m running without problems Asterisk 13.32 on Sangoma Distro with FreePBX 14.
I’m trying to switch to asterisk 16.9.0 and all works well exept for external calls beeing answered from Snom phones.
Actually I have a bunch of Linksys SPA922 that aren’t using SRTP (they don’t support it) and a bunch of Snom D715 that are using SRTP, the external calls are coming via a SIP trunk (chan_sip and not pjsip) that is not supporting SRTP.
All is working fine with asterisk 13 but updating to asterisk 16 generates thoose errors when answring an external call:
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 1109781817 because of authentication failure 10
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 1109781817 because of authentication failure 160
== SRTCP unprotect failed on SSRC 1109781817 because of authentication failure
== SRTP unprotect failed on SSRC 1109781817 because of authentication failure 160

Any ideas on how to fix this problem without disabling SRTP on Snom phones?
