I am trying to add an extension to try out a new installation of FreePBX I keep getting an sql fatal(sounds deadly)_ Error. I have tried not using ISymphony to no avail . I read somewhere to try uninstalling OSS Endpoint which when I go to the oss endpoint on connectivity I get a bunch of unsigned modules and another Fatal SQL error. Not sure how to uninstall(or whatevger the correct jargon is) OSS Endpoint. Any ideas please let me know
