Scenario : I am on a call and a 2nd call arrives. The only options I have is to either Answer or Ignore the 2nd call. Answer puts the 1st caller on hold and ignore does nothing.
I want to transfer the 1st caller without putting him on hold or without answering the 2nd call.
Has anyone come across this situation?
