Has any one seen this issue before?
I used the system recordings module to drag and drop recordings into the system. They are stored as English United Kingdom which is my only option.
I add the recording to the announcement on an IVR, but it doesn’t play. Asterisk reports it can’t find the file.
I look for the recordings manually and they are in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en_GB/custom
I move them to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom (I had to create the folder) and then they play.
Can i change anything so that custom sounds are sourced from where they get recorded?
