Some modules are not reloading

The modules that cannot be load are:
app_directory.so
res_adsi.so
app_voicemail_imap.so
app_voicemail_odbc.so

I am using freepbx 2.5.2.2 and in Module Admin all modules are enable and up-to-date. How do I get these modules loaded?
