Some external calls dropped

Good day Folk

I got my freePBX connected to one of my local SIPTrunk provider.
The PBX work fine except that some numbers have a call dropped when the receptionist pick the call and some not

Can you please direct me on how to resolv this issue? I realy aprreciate you help

I used alaw as codec.

You’ll need to post a /var/log/asterisk/full log extract of the failed call. We should be able to start troubleshooting from there.
