[SOLVED] Voicemail "timeout" is not working for extensions_custom.conf

Hello,
I have the problem, that the voicemail of my FreePBX installation is not picking up after the set away time (20sec) for everything in my extensions_custom.conf. Is there a way to fix this or can I just use voicemail as if FreePBX didn’t exist without breaking something?

The way to fix this is to avoid extensions_custom.conf for everything with this problem and use the module dialplan injections instead.
