[Solved] SIP Softphone register error

I had set up a FreePBX server, the IP address is 172.16.30.14. I used Zoiper software as the extension number 7002 to register on FreePBX server. In one computer, it is all right. But in the other computer, it can not register, the server show this error messenge. Two computer and FreePBX server in the same subnet.

What’s wrong in my FreePBX server setting and where is ACL setting? Sorry for my pool English and thanks for your help!

The ACL settings for a chan_sip extension are on the Advanced tab and called Deny and Permit. They should both default to 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 , which would allow any address to register.

Is this a new system? If so, chan_sip would normally have Bind Port at 5160 with pjsip listening on port 5060. Did you change these?

Thank for your help! ACL is setting wrong. I used Bulk Handler import csv file to add 6 extensions, but the csv file is settting wrong. I used Excel to edit the csv file, so the permit is setting to 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.1~0.0.0.0/0.0.0.6. When I reset to 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0, it works fine.
