[SOLVED] Rebooted FreePBX and now exentsion are giving ' the person at extension. . ."

Just checking… are you going to Applications → Extensions to modify the entries we have been discussing, or Applications → Devices?

We use users and devices, not the extensions application. If that is the import of your question. The modifications, actually just re-submissions, are done both in the users app and the devices app.

Every single request for help has to begin with this statement. All of them. You can disregard all the contributions I’ve made to this thread.

I was not aware. I will do so in future.

I’m not familiar enough with U&D mode to guide you on repairs. Wait for someone knowledgeable to chime in or delete your users and devices and recreate them. Then set up backups so that you’ll be prepared next time your server fails you.

We have backups. Every day.

Do I just shutdown freepbx and restore the last full backup?

If you have exhausted all options, and the box is not working anyway, it seems low-risk to try. Time might be better spent setting up a new system.

You are probably right.

The restore of a recent backup appears to have resolved the issues. I still monitoring as I am not yet certain. But it looks that way at the moment.
