I do like your second solution Igaetz. It’s more elegant. I just used it to map *89 to one of the VOIP.MS codes to play on-hold music, ***90

My original solution on this page was unnecessarily complex. The second one, using the prefix and prepend fields is easier. In fact I just used it to pass a provider code, *225. I just put it in both fields and the code is passed through.
Maybe you need to disable *97 in feature code admin?

Well, no. I still want to get through to the FreePBX VM system. So I need another code to get through to the provider VM.
