I have been playing with my FreePBX (184.108.40.206) installation for the last couple of weeks trying to get it tweaked just right. Through the process of tweaking and making changes, I noticed that when I now go into the ARI, my outbound calls are not showing in the Call Monitor. Internal calls and inbound calls are being logged just fine, and I know that outbound calls used to show up. I’ve checked my outbound routes, trunk configs and general settings…nothing is jumping out at me. This wouldn’t normally be much of an issue except I need to be able to record conversations and access them through the call monitor. I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong but any direction would be greatly appreciated.
