SOLVED: No audio on remote extension

Oh, and the 401 is still there at the first attemp in the call setup

I think we found it!

-Installed a newer firmware on the router (pbx side)
-set the public ip to static again on the pbx after the firmware upgrade.

This seems to work, to it was a router issue.
On monday I’ll continue testing.

Complete the ticket online. Get a ticket number. Call the support phone number use the ticket number you were assigned when you are asked for it and you will get right through.

They have had great support for me when I have needed them.
