SOLVED-IVR Timeout - proceed to destination

Hi all,
I am wandering if its possible to setup via FreePBX an IVR that prompts user to press 1 to be redirected to voicemail or wait in parking lot till someone picks up. After they wait 5 secs, caller is redirected into parking lot. I think I can do this by creating a custom dialplan but it might be easier to do this via FreePBX.

Why don’t you use a Queue? That is exactly how they work.

I am an extreme newbie when it comes to pbxs in general. Never knew about the queue option. Thanks.
