I just noticed that the system does now allow direct dialing to the extensions. And it seems to only be the 100X extensions, so I think there is a code or something that is breaking it. I just can’t figure out how to find out each one. I tried changing the feature code to *8888 to direct dial voicemail and that worked. What is the best way to figure this out? I’ve attached the log when trying to dial *1001 from extension 1004. Thank you for your help.
