SOLVED - Calls being answered before actual pickup Problem!

How if at all possible, can I change asterisk from answering a call before it actually rings?

We have a hot-line number and if no one answers the calls they get forwarded to our customer service number (stenocall), this is handled on our providers end, if no calls are picked up after x secs. call get forwarded. This worked fine on the our older system, but no it appears to be answering the call and start recording and go to ring groups and not getting forwarded. This is happening because our provider (Vonage) sees that the call has been picked up.

Before we had it set to answer calls after the call was picked up, after ring groups and such.

Can this be done through the web-gui or do I have to create a custom inbound route.
