I’ve setup a queue that works well and i’ve set Caller Position Announcement frequency to 15seconds. With Skip Busy Agents turned off, this works correctly. However, i’ve turned on Skip Busy Agents and if any agent’s phone is available then it still works correctly, however if all agents are busy on the phone or on DND, the frequency of the position announcement is way too short, it’s almost like it announces it every 4 or 5 seconds.
Does anyone know how I can increase this frequency to 15 seconds too?
Ahhhh, just figured it out. It’s got to do with Retry seconds. It was set to 5 seconds to retry and agent. Increasing this to 15seconds too solved the problem
