Software statistics for queue Callcenter freePbx, manager connection

Hello, I installed IPCenter which is a software to get statistics in real time from an Asterisk system with FreePbx everything works well recordings in Mp3 and data of the queue_log in the MySql or Mariah Database but can not show me in real time when the agents are busy or not in the Ipcenter site tell me that I must have the credentials of the manager of asterisk or give permissions what file should I configure in asterisk with the credentials or permissions of the Manager in Asterisk?
