Softphone and fortinet

Hi

I have a problem configuring the softphone I/O with my fortinet firewall, basically i can´t made or receive any call y have a fixed ip address but i can’t open the ports 10000 to 20000 beacuse the fortinet only alow me to open port by port

There is some other way to do this? (with out removing the fortinet)

I will appreciate any help

You can re-configure the range to a smaller range but you’ll still need to do a range for it to work (I’ve seen people do a few thousand instead of 10,000). So it sounds like your firewall is not compatible with what you need to do.
