SIPStation Totally Down!?

I might have misused the term intellectual property, I should have said the web site and all trade dress. Since the code is in the public domain nobody owns it.

As far as agreements between the parties, since Philippe is the only one around here that draws a paycheck I will leave that in his capable hands.

Since you appear to enjoy indulging conspiracy theories (and trust me none of us are smart enough to execute a conspiracy) we all had dinner together tonight, folks from Digium, Schmooze, FreePBX, I9tech, E4 and of course Micro Advantage.

Just as an update, last month, Schmooze Com Inc purchased both the FreePBX Trademark as well as the SIPStation site and services from Bandwidth.com, making many of the post in this thread out of date.
In the past your only support resource for SIPStation was email. We know that is not adequate and the first thing we did on day one was implement additional support resources. Since the acquisition we have added the ability for you to create support tickets at our support site located at http://support.schmoozecom.com, as well as give you the option to contact us via phone during normal business hours.

We have also put in place a Blog Site to notify you of any service related outages outside of our infrastructure to make sure it is available in the event that our datacenters are affected. You can view this blog at http://schmoozestatus.tumblr.com. You can also follow @schmoozecom on twitter for the latest updates.
