Just demo’d the SMS UCP features and my clients loved it so much they bought the system right on the spot there in the store. However they had one tiny feature request that should be pretty easy to write into UCP.
In the list of messages in the UCP Widget, any unread messages Bold themselves or highlight the row until read. This way they know if they have answered the sms txt.
