SIPStation Microphone

I have recently installed the latest FreePBX and bought a trunk and DID though SIPStation. I am able to call out and recieive calls but no matter what they can hear me but I can’t hear them. Does anyone know what I might not have configured right? I have called multipl different people with different types of IPPhones, it doesn’t seem to be the hardware.

Have you forwarded the RTP media ports on your firewall?

You may also want to check that your external IP is listed in the Asterisk SIP settings in FreePBX.
