Sipstation Down?

I am being told my PBX is not available, when looking at the Sipstation module I see “The server is currently not responding. It is either unavailable or access is being blocked. If the server is unavailable, please try again later.”

Checking on the Sipstation store is not showing me if the service is up or down.

Anyone else have this issue?

SIPSTATION is not down. You can still make and receive phone calls.

At this time we are having minor troubles with our configuration servers. Will be restored momentarily.

Again, this does not affect phone service.

I can’t ping trunk1.freepbx.com or trunk2.freepbx.com

Anyone check these for me?

It is affecting my service! I can’t make or receive calls.

Pings work fine

This is not affecting service. If you believe it is please open a ticket through the right support channels.

The SIPSTATION configuration servers are back online. The module will now show correct status.

Service is back, I can’t understand why I can’t ping either trunk?

Oh well…

Thanks for the reply.

We do not allow external pings for security reasons.

I was thinking that just as I posted, I have the same set on my routers… lol.

Thanks Andrew.
