I have sip from telekom Cisco Router
User: 1111
Password: 2222
IP_adress : 2.0.22X.XXX
Mask: 255.255.255.248
Gw: 2.0.22X.XXX
host=as1.romtelecom.net
fromdomain=as1.romtelecom.net
outboundproxy=92.87.19X.XXX

Have you check with cli command if trunk is registered?

As; PJSIP show registrations
or PJSIP show registration ………

Please try these changes:

SIP Server: as1.romtelecom.net
Outbound Proxy: (leave blank)
Contact User: (leave blank)
Client URI: (leave blank)
Server URI: (leave blank)

The above assumes that the Outbound Proxy value they gave you is 92.87.197.241
If they gave you a different value, set Outbound Proxy to
sip:92.87.19X.XXX\;lr

If you still have trouble, at the Asterisk command prompt type
pjsip set logger on
make a failing call, paste the Asterisk log for the call at pastebin.freepbx.org and post the link here.
(If registration is failing, paste the log for a registration attempt instead of a call.)
