A consulting firm is recommending FreePBX to us (which is why I will be at OTTS) and they are also recommending Broadvox and ANPI as SIP Providers, for their auto failover capabilities. I currently manage the hosted PBX our company uses, but will be merging over to FreePBX. It is a call center (inbound only) environment, and I will be getting approximately 100 DID’s. They recommend half on one provider and half on the other. I welcome any second opinions on the quality of the proposed setup. Their will be a second hot server available when all is said and done, for hardware redundancy. Thoughts? Thanks and look forward to OTTS.
