I am creating a new Asterisk server to migrate to. I am a small enough environment that its not worth scripting the original sip.conf to import all accounts. Currently when I add an extention and I try to use the existing phones secret I get informed that it doesnt meet complexity requirements.
My question is how can I get around this? I really dont want to go around reprogramming all of my phones in advance for the cut over. I would like to be able to use the existing passwords to get this up and running as soon as possible. this would make for a very simple and smooth transition.
