SIP/IAX2 sessions randomly dropped

Hi, I’ve gotten an issue with a SIP trunk , that travels via VPN.
I’ve tried establishing both, SIP and IAX2 trunks, they remain up for a while, and then they come unavailable, forcing me to restart my servers. After every restart they come back up again. I’ve checked my other SIP trunks, and there’s no difference on config level, and VPN is quite stable, since all other services are working as intended.
Any hint on what could be happening?
