I am using Raspberry Model 4 to configure SIP client Linphone soft phone.
I have many such RPis with same set up and they all are working fine although they are running on RPi Model 3 B+
What does the SIP trace from Linphone show?
Or run tcpdump on the Pi to see whether the network is misbehaving.
