SIP 2.0 Authorization Error

I CANNOT seem get a SNOM 300 SIP phone to make calls or use any call features. I have tried several different softphones which can all make and receive calls without any issues. I can receive calls on the phone, but I cannot make any calls or use any call features. . Here is my log. Its very frustrating! any ideas?

I am using Asterisk/Free PBX

First set your clock (VERY IMPORTANT), then make sure that the authority is correct

OKay well I fixed the time and date and still having the same issue with the same trace log, only now the date and time are correct. This is my first attempt at this so I am not sure exactly what you mean by “make sure that the authority is correct”

Received from udp:10.1.10.20:5060 at 23/12/2001 19:03:29:231 (511 bytes):
SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized

Your phone set up does not agree with the password set up in FreePBX. You should probably say how you set up the system wit versions of Asterisk FreePBX and your OS.

OS Version: CentOS 6.3
Asterisk Version:1.8.18
PBX Version: 2.10.0.2

The login IDs is the extension number and then the secret specified in the extension config. The phone registers with these credentials and receives calls, just not authorised to make any.

Thanks again
