Single user unable to see call history in UCP

I have a single user that is unable to see call history in UCP, it just says “loading” in the call history box and we get a red pop-up error “There was an error. See console log for more details”. I don’t see anything in the PBX or UCP logs and am not sure what the “console log” is.

This user does have permission to view call history in the user management setup.

If I login to my user account on the same computer and browser I can see my call history.

From chrome/FF you can do ctrl-shift-I or f12 and it will bring up the browser console.

We determined this was an issue with the user’s workstation. Thanks for the help!
