Single Pattern Match for DDI in one inbound Rule in UK

Hi,

Is it possible to do a single pattern match to cover a DDI

So if DDi was UK. 01611234567

Can a single DID pattern cover
01611234567
441611234567
00441611234567
+441611234567

Or do you have to have 3 different inbound Routes?
