Single extension on local network has no audio for only internal calls

I have a single extension that is on the same network as my PBX that can’t send or receive audio when called from another internal extension (including internal extensions at other office locations). However, the extension can send and receive audio when called from an external phone, like a cell phone. No other extension has this issue.
