Team,
We have a problem where call is forwarded to one of the numbers hosted on our PBX from another number as Simultaneous call but call gets disconnected after 7-8 seconds and far end provider is saying our PBX is not sending the signal back for some reason.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Hi seems the nat/rtp issue. It would be better if you can please share the logs so that can be good for better understanding also please make sure your nat settings under asterisk sip/pjsip settings make sure your external address set as your public ip address if you are using any firewall make sure that rtp and sip ports are allowed.
No such logs I could fine but normal calls as well as forwarded calls are both working fine so its not related to calls to be honest.
