I’m just looking for a pointer for the telephony hardware I need to purchase for a system that will need to go live before the end of the month. I can’t afford to leave anything out, but don’t want to spend more than necessary. I have the base server figured out, as well as the phones. I am mainly curious about everything in between, namely the telephony card(s) and everything I need to connect my phones. This setup is starting initially with two lines of POTS.

Assuming I have the server, the sango (or a digium) card(s), a good UPS, CAT5e everywhere, and 2 analog lines from the telco (not sure if they can be converted to SIP, checking today)… what else?
