Yeah, Google made loading “unofficial” plugins much harder, the only way to load it not in developer mode is to submit it to their app store, which is what I’ve done for work and then set the domain group policy to automatically install it for all users.
That said, chrome on my macbook has been in developer mode for years and I’ve not seen it complain, windows may well be different though.
I used it in the past, it worked fine with my elderly Freepbx 2.7, its been around for a few years now.
