Shutdown for backups

I’m running FreePBX13 in a VM under Hyper-V. I’m using Unitrends for my backup solution. I loaded the Unitrends agent on my PBX. Unitrends allows me to issue pre- and post- commands. I want to shut down asterisk and quiesce MySQL prior to backup and restart after.

What commands to I have to use pre and post?

fwconsole stop
fwconsole start
