Showing only unanswered calls on the P330s

Is there a way to configure the missed calls list on the P330s to only show calls that were not answered by any of the phones in a given ring group?

So we have several ring groups setup with different extensions and if an extension picks up a call it still shows a missed call on all the other phones. Is there a way to only show calls that were not picked up by any extension in the missed calls list?

Not at present. P phones don’t honour the “answered elsewhere” header, but it’s on the roadmap, watch for a firmware update.

This feature is now working on P series phones. Ensure you’re on firmware 4_11_x for the phones and ensure that the “Call Completed Elsewhere”. For the P31X any reasonably current firmware will work.
