i have a problem.
When a caller call my center he arrives in an IVR which redirect his call in another IVR which transfer his call in a queue.
But when an agent of the queue A transfert the call in another queue B the number displayed for the agent in queue B is our number…
Caller call 08 01 01 01 01
An IVR ask him to choose between 2 options.
If he choose otpion 1 he come in another IVR which ask him 2 choice again.
If he choose option 1 he come in queue A
If queue A want to transfer this call in queue B then queue B see this number on their screen (08 01 01 01 01)
How can i do for display the number of caller ?
