Show Caller ID of Incoming Call to Ext 1 that is a BLF on Ext 2 - Sangoma S505 phones

Current PBX Version:14.0.13.34
Current System Version:12.7.6-2002-2.sng7
Sangoma S505 phones on PJSIP.
Have BLF defined in Endpoint Manager for the S505 phone model for Extension 1 on Extension 2 with visual alert enabled.
BLF button turns red and popup shows caller ID of extension 1 not who is calling extension 1
How do I get this to show the incoming caller ID to extension 1
Will upgrading to PBX version 15 fix this?
Is there a way of seeing who is calling a monitored extension?
