Show AOR Button Missing

Hello Community

I have this one extension that for some reason will just not display the Show AOR button in EPM. This is a S705 phone with latest firmware and this is a PBXAct with all latest updates.

I am able to see PJSIP contacts via CLI just fine so I know the AOR exist. The phone generally works just fine and it is on the same network as the PBX. Just weird it is not giving me the button in the list of endpoints. Any idea’s?

Can you try to wipe the phone and reprovision?

If it is PBXact and a Sangoma phone, open a support ticket with Sangoma for resoloution.

Tried support but my pbxact and s705 are out of any support warranty.

Can you try to wipe the phone and reprovision?

I dd repro but did not wipe. Will give that a shot.
