Should we move our customers' production servers from V13 to V14?

We have many V13 FreePBX machines running and working very very well - no crashes, no issues, etc. I know that V13 is considered almost 2 years EOL. Is V14 ready for prime time? Do not want to move customers and then they starting having little issues; I do not know if it is our customers or what, but if a seemingly small issue occurs, they are not happy campers.

Make a full full backup, so you can any time setup a new server.

I never had to.

UCP changes are massive and confuse users and loading history in the UCP skyrockets the CPU so I would wait a bit longer. Other quirks too.

Thanks for that info - we have all of our customers use UCP, so that has great impact on us.
