Setup a feature code to play a recorded message over a specific page

Greetings,

Can a FreePBX feature code be setup so that when it is dialed, a specific page group is activated, and then a recording is played out through the page group?

I know that using the paging and intercom module, a user’s voice can be projected to a set of phones on the FreePBX system. Using the Misc Applications, new feature codes can be setup. I don’t know how to project a recording through a page instead of the caller’s voice.
